The Ten Best Days of My Life - Adena Halpern

I picked up this paperback book, copyright 2008, from the public library simply because of the title. And, it is the library - if I don't like it, just return it!
The main idea: Alex and her dog are hit by a car, die, and go to heaven. She has the house she always wanted, a closet full of clothes, and can eat anything she wants. But, she has to pass the entrance exam to stay there.
I liked it - started out a little slow, but the narrative covering the ten best days of her life, her entrance exam/paper, were great. A bit of a 'feel good about what you have in life' novel, but not in a sickeningly sappy way.
